Stigma

Chapter 9
6. Call me III

By Kazuya Minekura
serialized in Wings Monthly Comics

p.1
I dropped it into the trash can,
While ripping "his" face into tiny little pieces, ripping, ripping.
I don't really remember very well what happened after that.

p.3
That day, God disappeared.

p.4
When I came to, I was covered with blood, buried in a mountain of garbage.
I was a broken toy, an embryo just concieved.
Like film being cut, the thing called my memory had splintered and fallen.
I, who had taken so many countless lives.
I, who was so awash in blood, all of it would never be wiped away.
But my one and only "sin" was
ripping up that picture.
Only that one action.
At that time, not understanding anything
just staring absentmindedly,
I searched for the sun
on the other side of the heavy gray clouds.
